For members and clients of Trainability
Your training, booked and kept on track.
See what you have booked, reserve a studio, and watch your visits add up.
Keep every appointment in one place
Your member portal lists what is booked for the next 12 weeks, day by day, with who it is with and where.
Confirm with a Y
A reminder comes 48 hours before. Reply Y and the appointment shows Confirmed.
Put it in your calendar
Add one appointment, or all of them. A session that moves changes in your calendar too.
Cancel in time, yourself
Up to 24 hours before, cancel in your member portal and your trainer is told. After that, contact your trainer.
Reserve a studio in three taps
A member picks today or tomorrow, a studio and a time, and it is held for them.
- You see what is free. Times already taken have a line through them.
- You move it or cancel it. One reservation a day, and it is yours to change.
- Your trainer books your sessions. A session with a trainer appears in your member portal as soon as it is booked.
Show up and see it count
Every check-in at the front door is a visit, and your member portal keeps the count.
- Visits and weeks in a row. How many times you have come in, and how many weeks running.
- Milestones are marked. Your 10th, 25th, 50th and 100th visit, and 4, 8, 12, 26 and 52 weeks in a row.
- Sessions left, and why. How many sessions you have with your trainer, and how each one was counted.
Look after your account yourself
Your card, your receipts and how we reach you are in your member portal, for you to change.
Your card and receipts
Save a card, change it or remove it. Every payment is listed, with a receipt to send yourself.
Buy sessions
Where your trainer sells online, buy more in your member portal before you run out.
Text or email, your choice
Choose how reminders reach you, and turn off the ones you do not want.
Who this is for
