You can now also reserve a Studio for yourself, offering enhanced focus and privacy during your workouts. You can expect the same high level of personal attention that has made our first location so popular, while enjoying the added flexibility of an open gym environment.

As part of our commitment to helping our members achieve their goals more effectively, each Trainability member is entitled to a complimentary 30-minute consultation with our registered Dietitian Nutritionist. This personalized session is designed to offer expert guidance and support, accelerating progress toward their health and fitness objectives.

Our membership rate is currently at $129 per month. Want to try it out first? Your first day pass is complimentary! Valued at $30, this pass allows you to experience our gym and all it has to offer. We’re confident you’ll enjoy your visit and look forward to welcoming you back.
